: Not safe. Suite number 138 has and still have a broken door . I locked it before I went to bed and in the morning I was able to open the door at all . Their phone in the suite was not working. I was not able to reach some help for an hour , I ve started screaming and getting a panic attack cuz the door was locked from outside . I was screaming and asking for help . A lady from outside saw me and passed by . Another stranger heard me and went to the front desk asking to unlock my door . Everything happened on 07.20.2024 at 8 am . I was late for my appointment that I came for to Cleveland. Horrible experience. Not safe . Now imagine if it's fire

: Nothing the service in the front desk sucks ,he lied about the room never got to stay there ,when I book the room on line ,went to the front desk and told me there were no room available
: I did not like everything
