  : I have stayed at a LaQuinta in AZ and it was top- notch- southwest flait with a small kitchenette and an outdoor pool-- gotgeous! I also stayed at this North Olmsted location several years ago and it was a positive experience- great location, clean, comfortable, great buffet, friendly and professional front desk help. This time, it was DRASTICALLY different- must be inder new management!
  : 1) our room was not vacuumed 2) our bathtub was dirty 3) there was no room service- infirmed you have to be there over a week before someone woukd enter your room to clean 4) i placed dirty towels and garbage outside our toom and the garbage was not picked up that day- smelled great after 12 hours 5) the dryer did not work and the laundry room was dirty 6) there were cllusters of ants on the buffet table as well as the coffee counter!!! I informed front desk in the morning and again in the afternoon. He seemed embarassed but also angry. I was very discrete when i told him! 7) i had to practically beg for new towels, and was questioned why i needed them (??) 8) we found ants and a larva of a BEDBUG on our sheets the one day we came bag and were surprised someone entered the room ti vacuum and change our sheets 9) i asked for a set of new sheets the day prior and there were small bloodstains over them, so i asked fir another set and front desk was upset (i asked quietly and waited til front desk area was vacant) 10) the dolly for the suitcases was in horrible condition- could not push it effectively 11) the front desk personnel were always on their phones and seemed irritated whenever I asked for ANYTHING! I would NEVER stay there again under this management!!! So sad it has deteriorated so much. The hitel was not occupied by many, it was obvious! There were several interesting 'folks' staying there, one was a young lady scantily dressed who was talking on her phone, telling her caller "how much it cost per hour" and how "it differed if there were more than one guy" and "what type of service they wanted"... yes, I have strong suspicion she was up to no good, if you know what i mean!
