  : black mold everywhere. beds had bed bugs. lisa and jennifer are by far the worse customer service reps ive ever seen. when there is problems they will not pick up the phone. all the drains were clogged up. they called back the first time and after explained all the issues there i wanted a different place which lisa told me they didnt have so i found another hotel for the weekend and asked for a refund which lisa said yes. then the next day she called and said they had another place and i told her no cuz i already have a different hotel now that im locked in and i just want a refund. then she said no that she could only offer a 1 day refund cuz they were offering another room. i then called booking and reported them. booking attempted to call them and they didn’t answer, even for booking. booking has now issued a refund and also reported this property to the health department due to all the black mold. stay away from this place it’s horrible.

  : We didn’t even get this place, they told us 2 hours before check-in time that this condo was under maintenance. They then replaced it with a bigger place which cost more. As they say, the other place they moved us too was false advertisement, it only showed the outside of the house, we get there and the place is a MESS. There was pillows and couch cushions in the middle of the living room, the beds were unmade (the same linens from the last customers). The floors were disgusting, when we mopped them ourselves it went from gray to white. The cabinet door in the bathroom was off and just placed inside the cabinet. The inside of the shower is stained yellow and the shower has a large piece of metal taped in. The dishes were crusty, like actually crusty. Most of the outlets don’t work. Most of the air conditioners don’t work. There was birth control left on our porch. We got charged $280 before we got there for cleaning and security when there was no cleaning and still haven’t gotten our money back. We’ve texted the owners multiple times and haven’t gotten anything back and calls go straight to voicemail. The outside shower doesn’t work, steps are broken, tiles in the place are cracked, there is no TV remote, there were water bottles left in the bedrooms, sunglasses and chapstick were left behind, there were no utensils or cooking utensils that weren’t absolutely disgusting, there’s a drawer full of broken plastic knives, the walls are stained yellow and brown, the screens for the windows were off and left on the porch, the blinds all throughout the house are broken in various ways, the back door locks are broken, front door keeps opening unless locked, the tv cords are completely in the open and tangled, one of the lights in the living room doesn’t work, the tables inside are picnic tables which have writing on them and some boards are lower then others, one of the couches have a squeaky spring, the coffee maker was absolutely disgusting.

  : When we walked in it was cold no heat except little floor heaters, the regiferator,microwave did not work the breaker was off someone had to find the breaker and turn it on, there was no washer or dryer i paid 230 dollars for extra blankets,and sheets all we got was some ragged down blankets and sheets and I had to fix the plumbing under the sink in the room. ( I got the video too show it)

  : Only thing I can say about what I liked was how close it was to the beach
  : It does not look anything like the pictures at all... They really need to update the pictures and make it actually look like the place does not try and make it look nice I even asked the people upstairs were they happy and they were very disappointed as well as I was the fridge was beaten in like somebody took a ball bat to it and beat the hell out of it. The sinks where all clogged up it. The bathroom had a awful smell. We had to take showers outside for 4 days waiting on the plummer who finally showed up after canceling on us the day before but then he finally showed up the day before we was leaving. I want be booking with student fun down again. I really wish I had taken pictures to post on here.........
