WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
This rental price is based upon 10 or fewer guest per night. Please note: Daily housekeeping is not offered. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age make a reservation and and check in.

Guests will receive an email after booking containing a rental agreement. The property must receive the signed rental agreement and a copy of a photo ID within 48 hours of booking to secure a reservation.

Please note: The full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. The property will send a confirmation email with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken and the rental agreement and copy of ID are received the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you via email.
