  : Smoking all over. It was old and nasty. Suppose to be non smoking. Ashtrays in the room. This is mainly a place with long term residents to keep them off the street.

  : I did not like paying for four nights when we only stayed for two. I left my meds at home and two nights was all I could take. I told the staff why we were leaving early and I was told they did not refund people who leave early.

  : Our room was huge. Seemed clean. And inexpensive.
  : Seemed like a lot of transient types. Things were old and run down. Lots of “smells” in the hallway.

  : Close to the location of where we were going.
  : They didn't book our reservation. They gave us a room that was already being occupied. Hall floors and stair carpet was very dirty. They gave us a suite room finally for same price as a regular room. Room we finally got had a leaking sink with puddle of water on the floor.. Sink had mouthwash looking residue and hair in it. Some kind of weird mess on the couch. The guy who we dealt with when checking in was not running at full compacity. Not sure if he was high or just didn't care about his job or something else was going on. It seemed overpriced for what it was.

  : At half to a third of the cost of other nearby hotels, I suppose I should not be overly surprised as I probably got what I paid for. I do applaud the effort of clearly a family run, independent hotel, but the financial wherewithal for maintenance and upgrades becomes obvious pretty quickly. The bed was oddly comfortable for its quality level, and the shower was actually quite nice. And clearly the price was a deciding factor.
  : Walls and doors, particularly between adjoining rooms, are quite thin. Carpets are quite old and it shows. Lots of little maintenance things need to be addressed (missing electrical outlet plates, chairs with loose joints, sink drains that need attention).

  : Staff were very polite and attentive and breakfast was awesome on Saturday morning !Rooms were clean also!
  : There was no elevator for my disabled veteran partner and shower curtain in room 224 was way too long it causes people to trip its a safety hazard, the outside door to side entrance doesn't lock to help keep your tenants safe it stays open .I was asked for ID/DL she made copy I asked where does my copy of DL go ,she states it gets shredded next day ,I was worried why it stays around in file ,for my professional background and privacy security, next day ask clerk at check out will she make sure to shred my copy Drivers License she states we don't shred it we store in a box!!!And now I'm still worried other motels don't keep copy your License on file or in a box !
