: It was in a nice location close to the falls. The chair I sat in in the lounge was the best chair ever. I did enjoy the jacuzzi.
: Carpet was stained and fraying. Ceiling had water stains. Tv wasn’t a flat screen. No slippers or robes as advertised with the room on this site. When I asked staff for them, they informed me that not all rooms come with them anymore and when I pointed out there is a sign in my room telling me to enjoy them, the front desk person snapped at me that they were in the process of taking those signs down. Also, our tv remote didn’t work on arrival. That was fixed within an hour, had to ask again for the robe.

: Breakfast was hot and delicious in a clean crowded dining room. Wi-fi was good. Parking was secure, but narrow spot between other vehicles. The scenic view from the 19th floor was amazing. The architecture of this beautiful designed precursor to the Empire State Building was awesome. A very well maintained common areas was inviting.
: Shower door opens wrong way allowing water on bathroom floor to be cleaned. Few bath towels initially without bath mats… requested more towels, but wrong sizes provided. No maid service for our room on second day and late maid services (after 4:00pm) on third day. Remote control didn’t work, requested new batteries or new remote… maintenance had problems programming remote control. Dresser drawers metal guide for drawers were broken, making it difficult to open and close (informed front desk). Air conditioner panel clip was missing causing the panel to hang down and rattle at night (informed front desk). A/C only vents to one side of bed (one side cold and one side warm. No bottles of water for the coffee machine in the room. Refrigerator rattled and leaked water. Hot and cold water for the hot tub in the room were not functioning properly to fill the tub. Pet (cat ?) hair on couch, table, and floor upon arrival first day… Maid tried to clean, but not completely and no maid services on next day. An end table only available on one side of bed. Didn’t enjoy the parking lot view or being across from elevators.
