  : The breakfast was not included although written on Booking. They give us 10$ per day per person (enough for half of the days) for a delivery service but it was far from good (wrong orders, service not working, and voucher not accepted)

  : Comfortable and clean room in a great location.
  : Few amenities; the TV in the room only worked with steaming services (provide your own account), the rooftop patio had no furniture at all, and the “included breakfast” was a voucher for delivery that only covered about half the cost and couldn’t be used for tips for the drivers.

  : I have never left a hotel review before but feel compelled to write this. I booked this hotel due to it having free breakfast included to be told this was discontinued and was given $10 vouchers for a delivery service instead (despite the cost of a coffee being delivered was minimum $12). The night staff at front desk was incredibly rude to us when we asked him about this and kept repeating that he didn't know anything about the cost of the app.The following day, we spoke to the shift manager who after significant discussion, agreed to give us $30 vouchers per person per day instead, but these can only be used 1 per order (with each order incurring a $5 delivery fee) leading to a 40 minute phone call with the delivery company to try create multiple orders for our group. The order arrived after 2.5 hours with half the order missing. The remaining order was delivered later in the day with items still missing. After a full day of trying to receive the food items we ordered, the remaining items were delivered. There was no apology from the hotel for the inconvenience or that a full half day of our trip was spent waiting in the hotel for a food delivery that arrived incorrectly (and had to be delovered to the hotel). We reached out to booking.com also who offered no support either.Avoid.

  : The location and the bed.
  : The room size, we paid for breakfast included and they did not offer breakfast within the hotel, instead, they give you vauchers to deliver breakfast at the hotel and the vauchers don’t even cover 2 full breakfast.

  : Location is great. Near Central Park and Museums. Less than 30 minutes walk to time square. Staff very nice, he check me in and give me a room when I checked in in the morning. He gave me a room with construction view because that’s the only room available but he offered for a new one in the afternoon. Very considerate I might add.
  : Only the view of construction through my window, but since I stayed for a weekend there was not any construction noise.
