When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 10 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$30 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Self-parking is available at a rate of $40 per night for standard sized vehicles and $65 per night for over-sized vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time.
Please note that the credit card presented upon arrival must match the card used for advance purchase reservations.
Please note that the Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only and can sleep a maximum of 2 guests.
Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card. A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.

Our mandatory facility fee of $30 plus taxes ($34.43 with taxes) per room, per night will entitle you/your guest/s to the following:
-Continental Breakfast for up to Two Guests (*For rooms with more than 2 occupants, an additional $10 per person facility fee will be charged for additional guests 10 years old and up)
-Full Access to TMPL Fitness Hell’s Kitchen
-Two bottles of water per day
-Digital Subscription to the New York Times while on property
-Local and Long Distance calls from the room
-High Speed Wireless Internet
