  : Location , views from apartment, light and space, layout and comfy bed settee, facilities. All great.
  : We felt very let down by concierge (Carlos) on our last day. The concierge on duty when we arrived told us he could 'sort something out' for leaving our luggage on the last day, due to us having an evening flight home. When we checked out, we were anticipating leaving 2 cases for a few hours, but were told we had to take them with us. There was no apology, no explanation and no sign of caring about our plight. We asked what our options were - for any suggestions. He said 'no', you have to take your cases with you, and kept repeating it. I would expect, at the very least, advice on what we could do.There was no wifi in the lobby, so had to pay for internet access on my phone to desperately find a solution. Fortunately I found the 'bagbnb' app for locating somewhere to leave lugguage near our departing station for the airport.Minor suggestions for improvements: No mirror other than one at waist height in bathroom - full length in hall or bedroom would be helpful.Hooks for coats in hallway and back of bathroom door would also improve hanging space along with hangers in hall cupboard.
