  : They're undergoing renovations now, but I can say that both our rooms were very nice and clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good hotel breakfast. Love the window alcove in our room, and love the fact that the curtains were really black out curtains. The regular lighting in the room was decent too. I hate hotels that have cut back on lighting to the point that you can't read a book at night.
  : Not so much a complaint but a comment. The "hot tub" was cold. The guy on duty called the manager who had him check some stuff and he found that the heat had been turned completely off. No idea why. He turned it back on, and we stuck around to have a slightly warmer experience. We were craving a nice jacuzzi, but it wasn't the end of the world. We enjoyed our two night stay in New Ulm, and found that not just hotel staff but wait staff at the Perkins and Applebees next door are also really nice.
