: Upon arrival to the property, we entered the parking garage and located the assigned parking spot. We were unable to park our car in the assigned spot because the adjacent spot had a large truck in it. I tried to park in the spot and once in I could not open the door to get out because there wasn't enough room. We just parked in another spot temporarily to get our stuff out of the car and into our room. We entered the building and found the room. When we entered the room, we noticed someone had left an empty drink bottle on the kitchen counter. We started to check the place over and this is what we found and had issue with.· We opened the sofa bed and the mattress pad had candy wrappers and dirt on it. The debris looked like bed bug excrement.· We removed the mattress pad and there were large stains on the mattress.· The sofa cushions also had stains and tears.· We found the linens for the sofa bed all bunched up in a ripped up white kitchen trash bag. The bag had a note written on a napkin “This stuff is clean”.· The MBR bed had stains and hair on the sheets.· Neither of the bathrooms had any hand towels or soap.We called the management company to explain our concern with the above conditions of this property. We were not comfortable staying in this unclean place. We explained this to the representative on the phone and were advised they would refund our money in 3-5 business days and to leave everything as is. We left both beds pulled apart at the direction of the representative on the phone. So, we grabbed our stuff and left the property. WE ARE STILL TRYING TO GET OUR MONEY REFUNDED!

: I liked how secure the building was.
: The number one issue was the cleanliness of the unit. The unit hadn’t been properly cleaned. The area under the sofa bed had food, used napkins. The mattress on the sofa bed is also stained. We had to clean up ourselves. We had ants in the living room and we found a roach in one of our bags. Additionally, there was an older couple that lived in 201 that would allow their two dogs to run after us—on three separate occasions! Not to mention I wasn’t told about the key in the lockbox, so one night we were locked out. This unit definitely needs a refresh if it’s going to continue to be rented out.
