  : The location is fabulous - walking distance to the French Quarter. Some street noise but not so much that you can't relax. The other patron were quiet. The basket for dirty linens is a great idea. They replace what you put outside the door. It felt safe, clean and helped make our stay in New Orleans fun! The staff were helpful, pleasant and nice!
  : The temperature in our room was a bit uncomfortable. After walking in the soup bowl of NoLa, it was nice to walk into a room with AC. But the temp in our room never went below 78 degrees and stayed at 80 most of the time. It made sleeping a bit difficult.

  : We only experienced the Tuesday champagne breakfast by accident. We were not made aware of this service but it was plentiful and enjoyable. If there was any other breakfast we were not aware of it.
  : The air conditioners were very noisy and couldn’t be made to stop “rattling “. The bed in room 313 was in a very confined space and trying to get around it I gashed my leg.

  : The location of this property and its proximity to be able to walk to everything New Orleans has to offer was superb, it has a lovely relaxed classic vibe and the fountain pool was a fun quirky experience
  : The bed could do with update, least comfortable bed we have stayed in during our USA roadtrip. Old and squeaky

  : The location was by far the best we have had yet, and we have stayed in several locations in New Orleans. Less of the hustle and bustle, but also close enough to easily walk to all the fun! The neighboring blocks had several food/shopping options for quick bites to eat and browsing around. The hotel sits at the end of the French Market and across the road from the river and a trolley stop. Easy access to all you need!!!! My favorite thing was that the street corner was the start of Frenchman st so we were steps away from one of our favorite parts of town. And what looked to be 2 new restaurants were in the making on the same block and they looked really cool! We look forward to coming back.The staff was so kind, accommodating, and responsive. We had 3 kids who loved the pool and the hotel library with books and games to take to the room. The hotel is beautiful and has that old NOLA charm. The balcony/ front of the hotel looked out to the Satchamo Summer Fest which was a blast this trip. The suits have small stocked kitchenette so we were able to make small meals on the stove and had a mini fridge for small items. The suits are small apartments and got all you need. The master bedroom was big, but the second room very small, but again it's all you need! THe living room was big, plenty space for relaxing with several people. Lots of windows in our unit so it felt spacious and comfy. Overall LOVED Hotel De La Monnaie and I think this will be our new go to when we visit.
  : Only downside was the master bedroom did not cool off much, but we weren't miserable or anything. The main area was pretty cool and enjoyable after a day in the New Orleans sun!
