  : Location. Walking distance to beach. Short drive to over bridge to pick up necessities. Linenswere soft and smelled fresh. Ample utensils, dining and glass wear, pots and pans, even some backing wear. We did not beach towels, chair and umbrella. We did not need to use these as we were here during Record low temperatures. We did walk on the beach but no sitting or swimming. We're nice color palate and well appointed.
  : Oy! We had NO clue this umit/building did not have an elevator. My husband has very bad knees and it never crossed our mind to ask as we love in raised home with 16 steps to our porch. That was a REAL painful bummer! Especially with the cold weather.Minor but it would be nice if you could add heavy curtain liners seasonally as insulation. The master bedroom was significantly colder then the living areas. Armless chair NOT functional furniture. Be aware lovely space for two but tight space for more adults. We would have rated higher but for lack of elevator and limited function living room furniture/seating.

  : No elevator. Ocean access not as described. "Ocean view" was a joke. I could barely see a tip of the ocean through all the buildings. Dishwasher was full of clean dishes when we got there. The service should have had it empty and ready for us to use upon arrival.
