  : Furniture was broken, dinning table had 3 broken stools to sit on. There was a broken coffee table, there were wet towels in washing machine which was not working. There was no electricity when I got there and no response on phone or email by the host. The location was excellent but the place needs new furniture and repairs. Also needs to be cleaned. The blinds were filthy and could not be opened.

  : The interior was clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Company was responsive to calls and need for assistance. The location was decent and only a shot drive into downtown. We could actually walk to a few attractions and one bar district. Had a gated parking lot. Has a ROKU, so you can access Netflix.
  : Had trouble paying with the management company's secondary verification process, and once I paid I still got a lot of emails saying I did not pay even though I had a receipt. The management company all use the pseudonym "Alex", so it was hard to keep working with the same person. The neighborhood is quickly gentrifying, and this location is surrounded by a lot of vacant lots and streets filled with garbage and furniture. Never felt unsafe, but it was noisy at times with loud music and aesthetically not very pleasing to walk around in. Walls are thin, and I could hear everything said in the apartment next to me, although I would not say they were being load.Upon arrival, we could not access the parking area with the code, so we had to call and get a new code. It never started working, so we had a code for the pedestrian gate, parking gate, building door, and apartment door. The instructions said to park in your apartment's space or get towed, and I think we were in the minority on trying to park in our space, but we never got towed. The walk from the parking area to the building is circuitous and through the mud. The cement pavers are not aligned well, so it's like you get muddy or play hopscotch.The apartment was clean, but the dryer was still going with damp towels when we came in, so maybe some late cleaning. The stairs up the apartment were not so clean, and the sheets had a funny chemical smell on them.The furnishings in the apartment are spartan at best. There is one sagging couch and three kitchen stools, at least one of which I would not put anybody on because it would break. TV remote was all busted up, and several of the horizontal blinds were broken and/or did not work. If you are looking for a home base to sleep at, this is fine, but if you wanted to try and hang-out with a group of 4+, make a meal, or something like that, I would say bring your own chairs.
