  : Like the handicap room it was perfect and right next to an elevator had everything you needed. The staff was very respectable, good, and helpful. Very responsive to my request.
  : Handicap access to my room and the pool were terrible and difficult to get to. There is a parking lot for the pool for handicapped people however two steps to get up to the gate when you have crutches or a walker then you have to open the gate and if you have no one with you it's very difficult to get in the steps need to go or you need to put railings along the steps for a person to hold on to. Some guest inside of the pool helped me I appreciate that. The double glass doors that I went to was directed to which was closest to my room second floor 255, constant mud puddle at bottom of ramp to get up to the elevator, no railings again for a handicap person to hold on to. I have a walker and another person who had arm crutches very difficult for them to get up the ram and through the mud puddle daily. Front desk called maintenance they cleared the mud puddle but the next day the mud puddle was back because the water drain is right there and when it rains it makes a puddle and a dirt forms a mud puddle once again. Needs to be repaired needs railings. There were no handicap parking spaces by that double glass door we had to go to to get to our room, why not? Also no handicap parking by the pool. Do not think I need to say anymore. Unfortunately this is not a place I will stay again. It's a shame because your room was perfect for a handicapped person. No

  : Cleanliness,prompt booking,checking in,breakfast bar.
  : I noticed walking in the room an over use of cleaning supplies,which burned my eyes a bit,but went away after a while.
