  : I like that it was ocean front and everything was easily accessible within the hotel. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. I was happy with the stay and like the value of the room overall
  : Overall it was a nice room just looked like it could use some updates. There was no light on the balcony like others had. Also some of the outlets didn’t work. The room could use a coat of paint It was peeling and chipped in some places. Also it was said in the description 2 queen beds and they were 2 full beds not queen.

  : The location was great.. I was a lil grumpy about it at first being preggers and all but it turned out to be a great stay. Best view of the ocean.
  : Not too much to complain about. ALOT of trash by the elevator and in parking garage but nothing major

  : the ONLY good thing about this property was the view!
  : where do I start… from the uncomfortable beds, to the moist carpet! whoever is responsible for upkeep needs to be fired! the pictures and information of amenities need to be updated! the restaurant no longer exists and door dash gets expensive… the indoor pool was tiny and the entire property was very dated! definitely NOT worth the money I spent! I could go on with all the disappointments but I’ll just say… the word “ Resort “ needs to be taken out of the name, because this place is FAR from it!

  : No breakfast at all and the room was filthy air conditioner had soot blowing out of it and the door to the balcony wouldn't lock nor could I close it . I ask for a refund but couldn't get it. I will not be staying there again and I will tell everyone not to go to the hotel at all .

  : the parking garage elevator needs repaired. the elevator goes up and down to different floors and it can get annoying when its 90 degrees out and even warmer inside it.

  : Beds horrible.balcony chairs broken. Balcony light broken and wires dangling.sliding glass doors off track because of corrosion.telephone did not work consistently. Curtains were missing. Liner curtains had been put on regular curtain rods.couldnt sleep due to yelling,screaming,banging on walls,loud music in rooms,brawling on floor,police had to be called three times. Hotel security had to be called repeatedly.
