  : Was not aware of the free breakfast. Love the location and security did well making sure guest were safe. Staff was friendly.
  : Room was ok but when reaching the resort desk clerks were not aware to check and see whether we were regular guest or air-n-b. they just said we were not registered there and they had to ask a couple more clerks to show us where our room was located. Didn't like that check-out was at 10:00 instead of 11:00.

  : The fact it was queen size beds but the room is very spacious!! I would go back. The elevators were slow, but not this company’s problem!

  : We loved the convenience to the beach and the very nice and clean rooms we stayed in!
  : We didn’t like how we cleaned the whole room up even made beds washed dishes mopped floors and all then they text us talking bout they’re missing 2 wristbands that I made sure I put all 3 of them back where I got them from in living room on table and then they text saying the bathroom fan doesn’t work and whole time it never worked when we got there on the first day smh be careful booking here they try to find ways to not return your security deposit of $250 that you have to pay before you stay after you already done paid over $400 just for the room it’s just ridiculous because we cleaned up like we lived there!!!

  : The condo was clean and it was nice being right above the pool and hot tubs. We liked being able to take a few steps to the beach.
  : Myrtle Beach has turned into a scary place. This condo is right beside a cul-de-sac. While at the resort there was a group of men who parked at the end of this road and approached our young daughters who were playing volleyball and asked them how old they were. They left their back doors of their cars open and I believe were going to try and snatch the girls. Our girls have been taught to be aware of situations like this and very quickly came back in the gate to the resort. Later that evening more young men gathered and just hung out on that cul-de-sac until the police were called and made them leave. There were also a group of young adults who came in and did not have arm bracelets on and clearly not guests there. As they were leaving they dumped all of their trash on the parking spot just on the outside of the pool area. On vacation you want to feel relaxed and that your children are safe.

  : The facilities were exaggerated. The inside pool is tiny, all of the hot tubs are outside except one.For a resort there was nothing inside to keep kids or adults busy.

  : 1 of 3 elevators in facility not working. Parking deck elevator not working. Stairwell in parking deck locked so the only way up or down, was walking the entire length of deck to bottom. 2 of 3 hot tubs at facility not working.
