  : This place was a total dump and nasty. The refrigerator had mold around the door. The bed looked nasty along with the shower. I didn't realize that the room was owned by an individual and we were going to be charged for extra services, towels, etc.

  : The code didn't work was told 3 different times I could check in on the phone for at least a hour before I finally got in my room the roof caught fire horrible stay was dirty moldy nothing like the pictures

  : Ideal location for proximity to & view of the ocean/beach & for viewing fireworks. We really liked the ground level, corner unit & the way the outside was recessed so we could sit under it as a shelter from direct sun & rain. This exact room will definitely be requested for our next stay.
  : The air conditioner appears to have infrequently to never been dusted & the air filter changed. The filter is visibly dirty & a person can stand all the way at the kitchen sink & see the dust that's on the outside vents from which the air blows. The fitted sheet didn't fit the bed well & kept coming off on the side facing bathroom. Sand was also on the sheets. Wrong size pillow case on one of the pillows-too small. Also, to have been a really "fixed up" unit, furnishings need replacing. Dresser shows its age & the kitchen table has a long piece of it chipped off. This was reported to Treece (sp?) when we checked in.

  : The room was not. Cleaned good, orange sticky stuff on floor behind door. The fitted sheet kept coming off bed. Air conditioner kept us woke. We swept up a pan of sand after getting into the room.

  : Nothing.
  : We arrived to no staff at our building, police outside investigating a robbery. Key entry code that was sent via email did NOT work. The dead bolt was broken and we were on ground level with a child. Inside the top of toilet and the toilet had not been cleaned in ages. Dust covering the top of the porcelain. Floors were sandy and gross. Could not even take a shower, for the fact you could see human grunge on shower walls as soon as turn the lights on. Horrible stay will not be back. Will not recommend.
