  : Parking was difficult.Kitchen was dirty and not well stocked (no forks, only 4 teaspoons, no liquid dish soap, no baking sheet or other oven-friendly pan).Overall, not clean. One roll of toilet paper. The beds were well-used and lumpy.

  : It was enough space for multiple people. Bathrooms were nice. Balcony was great with a nice view. Location was great.
  : The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy. Ceiling fans had tons of dust on them. Appliances were old and oxidized. Rugs just looked dirty. And the front door was hard to open and close.

  : The comforters had brown marks all over them. They had not been cleaned. Instructions for departure told us to put all dirty linen on the bathroom floors but to leave the ‘dirty’ comforters as they obviously don’t get washed between families. Gross.

  : Not enough toilet tissue. Roaches in the master bedroom.Inside pool FILTHY and not fit to swim in.Outside beach area closed for rental of chairs.The elevator smelled like a skunk.

  : The layout was OK. Other than that there wasn't much to like. I guess that furniture was OK. Oh and the elevators worked well.
  : The front door was nearly impossible to open; at one point my elderly mother could not get out without me pulling on the door. The sliding door to the patio would not lock. The bedspreads and floors were dirty. The tub diverters were sticky and/or did not function. The master bath smelled like urine. There were dents in the walls. No cabinet liners, rusty areas under the sink along with a rusty strainer. Trashcan in the hall bath was broken. Nicotine smell in hallway. Furnace filter was filthy. My wife's allergies were in full swing due to all the poor maintenance. It took Vacasa 3 days to finally send someone to fix the many issues. I had to buy and replace filthy smelly clogged filter. Smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night.

  : Did not include breakfast-but it was no supposed to. We had a kitchen to prepare our own which was great. Had all supplies I needed except for paper towels. Had to go out & purchase those.
  : The bed sheets were dirty. In one of the bedrooms one of the beds had blond hairs in the sheets under the blanket so we of course did not use that bed during our entire stay. None of our family has blond hair! The other bedroom also had a bed that the top bedspread was dirty or stained unsure, was still disgusted. Both bathtubs were not clean and the clear bathroom curtain was dirty. I had to go out to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms myself. There was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom with no spare for 6 people. Sent my kid to ask for more at the office and they wanted to know code to the door (which he didn't know) Stayed @ 8th floor and the elevators smell was so terrible it brought tears to my eyes. So we had to use the steps with a blind person in tow. Everyday of our stay we looked at the same dirty linnen bags that just seemed to live on the elevator lobby.This was the most expensive yet terrible experience we ever had in our Father's Day vacation. Not one time did room service come by to check if we needed anything, you know like toilet paper or paper towels. Parking garage is a nightmare.
