  : The room, and the view.
  : I didn’t like that we couldn’t access the water park and I paid a Lot of money for a two nights stay. And no house keeping so we had dirty towels and had too go out and buy new ones. I like the space but I will not be coming back.

  : It was. Lose to the water but you had to go down nasty alveolar and you wasn’t sure if u was going to make it because they made horrible sounds.Plus you had to wait forever to get one

  : We had an issue with the sink leaking under the cabinets. We had to use towels to prevent the water from traveling further. I call customer services to report the issue. Someone came to repair the sink after about 3 hours. However, I had to call a total of 3 times to request news towels. Finally, after a firm conversation with the last rep, she attempted to explain that they did not replace towels, we are expected to wash them. If I would have know that, I would not have used the towels to prevent the water from ruining their unit. After 3 calls and 30 hours, someone finally brought me new towels. I was also only given a “starter kit” of two rolls of toilet tissue for a 3 BR unit. When I inquired about that, I was told that i was supposed to bring my own. It would have been nice to know that in advance.

  : The close proximity of the beach was fantastic!
  : I picked up a pot of hot coffee from the coffee maker and the handle fell off the pot, spilling coffee everywhere could have been tragic. A nasty mop in the washer and dryer area.

  : Parking, the cleaning of the room (hair was everywhere)..No breakfast was offered but it started in online.. Was very disappointed

  : The view was great on a budget. Was not oceanfront but uninhibited side view down coast line with lots of ocean and waves! Next best to ocean front unlike others labeled “ocean view” or “side view” where you have to lean over the balcony and look to the right to see the ocean. They provided several dishwasher pods, laundry pods and extra trash bags. All 3 bedrooms had double beds and a full size pull out sleeper. Bed linens and towels were clean. Using Booking.com we didn’t need to go to the front desk for check in, parking passes or door key cards since the condo uses a lock with 4 digit key code. Parking passes and pool wristbands were in the room on arrival. Be sure to advise of the correct number of guests for pool bands prior to check in as the front desk is not a part of this stay lol.
  : Definitely needed a deep cleaning. I believe we left it cleaner than when we checked in. Refrigerator door handle was broken, vacuum didn’t work, no iron and master room door had been previously kicked-in so although the door would shut it would easily open if pulled on - no true privacy. When I notified the booking company on arrival for a 4day/3 night stay, I was contacted on the 3rd day around 1130 am for them to come check it out and possibly repair it. I obviously declined because at that point, what’s the point. We also never saw a housekeeper. I guess that’s fine because of COVID.

  : Nasty indoor pool where you could not see even a few inches; overwhelming smell of marijuana; food at the snack bar by the outdoor pool/beach not worth the cost.
