WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform JeffsCondos - 4 bedroom - Dunes Village Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 295 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be 26 years of age to make a booking and check-in.

Guest will be emailed a rental agreement with the terms and policies, after booking.

Please note toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, and laundry/dish soap are not included.

Linens and towels are provided when the guest arrives. There is not a linen and towel replacement during the guest's stay.
