Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Palmetto Vacation Rentals LLC will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

After booking, guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property management company by email or fax before payment is processed. If guests do not receive the agreement, please contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
