  : Cleanliness. Complain but house keeping never showed up to correct anything. Rugs on the bathroom and bedroom were really filthy. Curtain rod at the window was broken. Window and window frame were really messy.

  : The bathroom door inside and out is filthy. I sent pictures.The cabinet doors in the kitchen are filthy. I sent pictures.The base boards are filthy. Need cleaned and painted. I sent pictures.The head boards are missing decorative pieces. Some have been replaced very poorly. Would have looked better if left off. I took pictures.The silver wear is in a dirty tray, so it has to be washed before use.The stove has finger prints on it. Clear that it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival. The remote for the tv did not work when we arrived. I contacted someone at the number provided, and someone came quickly. The remote control was not programmed. The guy was kind, fixed the problem and took a picture of the tv working. Unfortunately, the cable has maybe 15 channels of nothing. It rotates from fuzzy to clear about every two seconds. We fortunately had a laptop and watched our on paid programming from home. The cable tv looks like rabbit ears tv.No complaints about the pools, the view if you are standing on balcony. The #of towels was perfect. There were great things about the property. I will never stay at this hotel again, because of the property management for room 610. I sent multiple texts and emails and no one bothered to pick up a phone to call me. I asked for someone to come to inspect the place themselves, but no one bothered to come.
