Policies

No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$5 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for US$5 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check-in. Please note that if under the age of 25, no more than 4 guests are allowed per room.

Please note that there is a $18 USD per night Conservation Fee for all reservations, payable upon arrival at reception.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Please note that a cash deposit of USD 200 must be paid on arrival for
guests under 25 without a parent or guardian present. This will be
