  : The room had an strong unpleasant odor (due to humidity). The waffle maker at breakfast was broken. The breakfast itself had minimal choice and quality wasn’t good. The housekeeping doesn’t knock on doors, just enters the room straight away. They entered my room three times before 11AM, even though that is the checkout time. Every time it was the same guy and he looked at me lying in bed and said « sorry sorry » and went away. I am a guy, if I was a woman I don’t know how I’d feel about it. When I went to my car briefly for a couple minutes, they were in my room again (again before 11AM). Lastly, some unknown machine noise in the room.
  : Convenient location right on the highway for long-distance drivers. They accept cash deposits for incidentals so that you don’t have to have them locked on your card for a while for no reason.

  : I liked the location and that was it.
  : The service could have been better. Both front desk people we spoke with could have been more personable. We got our first room, and it was wrong and had a TERRIBLE smell. We told the front desk person about getting the wrong room, and they were accommodating in changing the room; however, when told about the smell, they just responded, "It's musty because it's ADA accessible." I have no clue what that means. They didn't apologize or anything. The second room had the same smell. The pillows on the bed were tiny and uncomfortable. We did not sit on the couch inside the room because it had stains all over it. Also, the shower curtain had what resembled a bloody booger smeared across the inside of it.

  : Room was very nice. Night time staff member was very nice and accommodating.
  : Check in Staff member was very rude. Their systems were not working to take cards, so it declined my card..front desk worker asked me if I was sure I had the money to pay for the room. All along their card reader was down. Very minimal breakfast options. The morning worker when we checked out was very inconvenienced that I asked for a receipt.
