  : Horrible property, horrible unprofessional staff, especially Anil who is on their billing team. We had to vacate the property within an hour of checking in. The property is only a few feet away from an expressway and a bus stop. There is literally a thin wall and a small pavement separating you from a busy expressway with speed limit of over 50 miles / hour. Oh, and the water didnt work in the place. Picture yourself standing near a busy highway and then imagine you put a bed and couch there. Good luck trying to have a conversation within the property let alone a nights sleep. Marketing is horribly misleading. Booking.com wasnt able to help either. When we complained to the property management, we were given the runaround. In the end, we were told they would move us to a different city (!!). Imagine showing up after a 30 hour flight, to be led to an inhospitable place and then told they would move you to a different city. When we asked for a refund, they told us to get lost. Avoid this property and this management company at all costs - you will definitely regret it. We sure did!

  : Very convenient location
  : Had to request more towels since there were three people and only provided two sets. Had to have smoke detector batteries replaced and tv remotes batteries were dead. Communication with staff was always a little difficult.

  : Nice location, nice apartment
  : Several maintenance items.1.Ice maker and filtered water didn't work on arrival, had to buy bottled water and ice-this should of been right when we showed up.2. Kitchen faucet was loose and needs to be tightened.3. 2nd Bedroom bath/shower was plugged and drained very slowly. Again this should of been remedied before we showed up.4. Quite noisy and right on a busy street5. Check-out requires you leave keys and fobs in the unit when you need a fob to get to the garage. We were locked out until we could get another resident to get us in the elevator and garage. This should be noted on check out instructions.6. Small TVs although we didn't use them.
