: Eldora at the front desk was lovely and responsive with my concerns about our stay.
: Paid for high floor king and asked for quiet room, as my child was taking an important exam early he next day. Got main floor king, stained sofa with cushion backwards. Door was ajar when we arrived, and being next to an exterior parking lot entry door did not make us feel safe. Could not open shades because people would see right in because of the corner parking lot location-no slight privacy shades, just dungeon. Car noise, beeping locks, trash truckwas pretty bad. Eldora at the front desk was responsive and took care of our stay.

: The value of the room, cleanliness, and the location.
: When we were checking in, the two rooms I had booked were on two different names. I only provided my name and the receptionist didn't even bother to see if there was another room. She simply refused to see it and asked me to call Booking.com. I provided another name after seeing the booking. This is not a great experience for people checking in after a long journey. The receptionist is responsible for making sure to ask if there is another guest's name on the booking. In-room # 219, the bathroom door was tight and my friend got locked in.

: In room Hardwood floors are a huge plus. A Keurig coffee maker, large flat screen TV's, together with the "tub - less" showers makes a stay more comfortable. It also helps that the property has someone such as hotel employee, and Pearl working the front desk.
: Penny-pinching can be a good trait. This property is nothing more than a glorified motel riding off the coat tails of the Marriott name. I do not see how they can charge $----a nite at times and be out of stock on breakfast items for days on end.
