: The location was beautiful. We enjoyed getting out of the heat. We were glad to see that the fast food restaurants have not allowed to operate in Crested Butte Colorado thus allowing independent business owners to prosper.
: The bed needs an upgrade. The door to the room #270 needs adjusting so it can be opened without having a stroke. The bathtub doesn't drain properly. The drapes are laden with dust. We couldn't close the drapes at night for privacy.

: Checked in at front desk quickly and they had everything ready for us. They even said we could check in early. Bed was comfortable, pool, sauna, hot tub, good kitchen necessities, plenty of towels. Location is awesome. Close to many trails, quiet and close to town.
: The bathroom and hotel in general needed a little care. The carpet is showing wear. There was damage on the ceiling above the bathtub from a leak above. Also, there was mold growing in the grout in some places around the tub.

: 1. No hot water for two days and sporadic at other times 2. No one cared and service with hotel employee was like an invisibility cloak from Harry Potter. 3. Room was circa 1976 decor. 4. No Microwave 5. Checkout for YOUR booking was 10, others 11!
: EVERYTHING was horrible! Room layout gave you 8 inches to squeeze by the wall & Bed. Staff were dazed, confused & useless.
