  : The location, set up and pool are all exceptional. Our stay at Soundview was a pleasant surprise and the staff was very friendly.

Disappointing

  : The view from the balcony was nice. The location to the beach. Other then that i cannot tell more about the hotel (room) what we did appriciate....
  : The bed was hard as a rock, uncomfortable. Our backs hurt after the first night. The floor had sand when we arrived. It smelled musty and "old". It had only 1 chair on the balcony. It had only 1 plate. Very little utensils. We ended up buying paper plates and plastic utensils No coffee, filters, creamer or anything extra was provided. No beach towels were provided. The curtains where hanging on half bended (cracked?) rod. Nothing matched in the room. The blinds in bathroom could not even go down all the way unless you moved the little table/shelf. This is a disappointment. For "The Hamptons" this room was bad
