  : I stayed for over 4-5 days and paid regular price for rooms 2 days at a time but on day two I asked for an accommodation to match the weekly rate would’ve been $400& would’ve save me so much money & he was unable to do it which really sucked

  : The entire facility smelled like marijuana, it was disgustingly dirty from floors , linens and bathroom. When I went to use the blow dryer on my hair it caught fire. My Son went to tell management and all they said was “sorry”! They didn’t even have it removed from the wall.

  : The manager was very rude and unprofessionalAfter having me change rooms in the middle of my stay due to painting which I wasn’t given any notice of and my room was left open while I was at work I was given a room with a fridge that didn’t work. I reported the problem and the manager brought me to the stairway to the second floor on the main level that had 2 new refrigerators in the boxes and told me to take one. I asked if I would receive a discount for the inconvenience of having to change rooms in the middle of my stay with no notice and having to install the fridge myself on the second floor with no elevator. He said it’s my problem and I could leave if I didn’t like it. I needed the refrigerator so I installed it myself and received no discount on my stay or even an apology for the inconvenience. This was the most unprofessional management I have ever experienced in my life.
