  : Location of the property, very convenient only a couple of blocks away from Main St Moab, shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped, overall cleanliness was good. Safe street for kids to play.
  : The place needs more maintenance. It is very obvious they make the minimum effort to keep the place rented. Mattresses are terrible and very uncomfortable, like sleeping on a bean bag or a trampoline, you sink in the middle. Door knobs were falling off, you can't open the fridge without hitting the door on the counter top, back patio door does not lock... The hot tub outside, who knows when the last time they changed the water was, there was even gunk around the borders. Okay for the location, but would not book again.

  : Very good size for a small family, nice to have separate bedroom, kitchen is very functional, island eating area is nice, beds are large and comfortable.
  : Musty smell was pretty strong and never left, location is okay but a pretty far walk to most things, TV difficult to see from the couch, internet sub-par but functional, overall had a little bit of a "run-down" feeling.
