  : The great: size of condo, number of beds, kitchen utensils were well supplied. Even had an air fryer and electronic pot that we didn't need to use. Laundry machines were good to have. Gas grill was dirty, but easy to clean and use. TVs had cable and access to netflix and amazon fire. Overall, we paid a lot for the condo for 2 nights, but it was more value for your dollar than paying for 2 rooms at the hotels in Moab.
  : like another review noted: someone smoked in the condo. upon entry, the tobacco smell was noticeable. We got used to it by opening the patio doors and staying in the unit, but every time we returned from a trip, it would definitely hit you in the face. the hot tub was definitely gross-water was cloudy from multiple bodies and sun tan lotion/oils. The owners couldn't do anything about that, but there should be a way to notify maintenance to clean it! the jets also didn't work, so this was a major disappointment after a hard day of hiking/biking. Vacasa was supposed to give us some $ back for these issues, but haven't heard anything yet. the condo is in an area that's being developed. There are low income/sloppy housing around the condo, but the area is safe, just not anything to do. Nothing walkable nearby, it's a 2-3mile drive into Moab for dinner/groceries, etc.
