Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Moab Nightly Rentals - Moab will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that hot tub and yard space are shared with other guests.
