  : The location was nice and having free beach service and discounts on a second was very helpful. The unit was as advertised with sleeping for six. The pools were clean. Having several pools was nice so it didn't get too crowded or noisy.
  : For the price paid for "Cleaning services", the unit was not clean. The couch had stains, the shower curtain was moldy, the light switches were dirty and there were cigarette butts on the balcony. We had to use the plunger in the room to unclog the shower so the water would drain. Several lights did not work, including the one in the kitchen. The door to the unit could be pushed open even when locked.

  : the location was nice and having the Cabana Cafe on property was convenient.
  : 4 elevators for 100’s of units is not enough. on average we waited 9 minutes for the elevator each time.

  : Several lights were blown. There was flickering with lights in the 2nd bathroom. Parking wasnt great.

  : Lots of space and towels, upgraded refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, split bathrooms with extra toilet and vanity, plenty of storage in bedroom, location and private beach, upgraded washer and dryer, several spacious pools. Found a boogie board in the closet which was a nice surprise. The complex had grocery carts and dumbell waiters to ease transportation of luggage and groceries easier. Several elevators, ice and vending machines were a plus. Plenty of parking. Two access roads. The view!
  : Our unit needed some upgrades, maintenance and cleaning. Main bedroom: The bedding was below par. Sheets were scratchy, pillows were flat, and coverlet was very old. Not to mention the queen headboard was unstable...someone else had shoved a pillow behind it to keep it from wobbling against the wall. The bedside table was unstable. The light bulb on the bedside light was burned out. Ceiling fan needs another pull chain. Needed storage for kids stuff. Flooring: swept but not mopped, our feet turned black after showering and walking around. Bathrooms/Laundry: washing machine had mold growing in it and 3 of the light bulbs above the vanities were burned out. Suggest providing a hair dryer, hangers, a broom and preferred laundry detergent. Kitchen/living: some of the functions on the dishwasher did not work. One of 3 barstools was broken and unstable. Suggest providing oven mitts and dawn dish soap. Several pieces of furniture including barstools had torn fabric or paint. Ceiling fan was imbalanced and dirty. Patio table has at least one unstable or broken leg. Walls need touch-up paint.

  : Love the decor and parking was available on the property. It was condo style vacation rental with small bar and pizza area downstairs. 5 pools on property golf and other amenities and great view!
  : Owner didn’t set u up for one comfortable night. Literally 4 washcloths and it was 4 of us so washing face and wiping a spill was not happening. No trash bags no starter dish detergent. Lip stick was on several cups in the cabinet. Mold around the patio doors. Patio furniture some was comfortable other was rusted beyond use
