  : Location of apartment in Milwaukee is close to a few restaurants and Union Station.
  : Received inaccurate information on accessing the room key from key box. Slow response from management in proving correct passcode. Trash was in trash can from previous renter or cleaning crew. The apartment needs some repair work and updating; bathroom cabinet door is missing a knob, the towel rack was broken, bed was bent and squeaked with the slightest movement, and refrigerator door handle is broken. TV is small in living room area with limited comfortable seating.

  : Location is fantastic, price was very good, relatively spacious apartment.
  : The apartment is a bit rough, needs maintenance- walls are dinged, handle on refrigerator is broken, coffee table is very wobbly, towel rack in missing. They also use WAY too much air freshener when cleaning, and the ventilation is not very strong (can't open windows).
