  : The staff was excellent. Everyone was very thoughtful and accommodating. When the printer in the business center was not working, the clerk offered to print the docs I needed if I emailed them to her. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the window treatments; we could have complete dark, or let in filtered light, or have a full view.
  : We asked that our room not be cleaned. We make our own beds and are able to get extra towels as needed. Despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, housekeeping came in every day. I have meds and sleep socks that I put under my pillow as bedtime reminders. They were removed and our beds remade every day. One night I forgot my meds. The AC unit blows on the only place to use our computers. There were 2 of us, but only one chair. When we ordered dinner in we had to sit on the bed or else go down to the lobby to eat.

  : Amazing bathroom, modern vibe, modern room, toiletries in bathroom . Staff gave me a new room that was cleaned
  : Staff not answering phone, bug found inside covers, room dirty (not swept/mopped, the hotel did not look or smell clean (lobby, floors everywhere, rooms). Staff standing around lobby talking with each other.

  : Not enough room for negatives. The hotel tells you it will clean the room every other day. It wont. Youll have to ask them to clean your room, take out the trash, and remove dirty towels. They also hold $50 per day and release after your stay.
  : Most concerning to me was after the stay, when I got an e-mail from Trus parent company Hilton telling me about my upcoming stay. They sent me a receipt which had my name and address on it. Thankfully, I have not seen any charges come through.

  : No microwave or coffee maker in the room, no drawers to put clothes, the pool was very dirty,the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the breakfast was nasty
