  : The location was great. We were able to get to everything we wanted pretty quickly. The property grounds and amenities great as well.
  : The bathtub in room 2074 didn't drain very well. We would take a shower and by the time we were done it would have 2 - 3 inches of water in it.

  : Kyle was very helpful. Easy to get in once we find the right code etc. Good location and great view thanks to Kyle.
  : We had to spend a good hour cleaning before it was safe to bring the kids in. Lycol wipes in particular to clean the dirty toilets and sinks and kitchen and dishes. We also had to use our own bedding bought as they had not cleaned the pull out.

  : The property and amenities of the resort were nice. The view was nice.
  : I will start by saying I have only left 2-3 negative reviews for businesses over the years. I try hard to leave kudos when they are due. They have to be really bad to earn a negative experience review. The actual villa/room was dirty and in ill-repair. Tile floors were dirty. The dishes were greasy and still had food stuck to them IN the cabinets. One sink didn’t drain well. The toilet would practically clog from urine. The walls had damage to them. The balcony door was missing internal hardware preventing balcony use without leaving the door hanging wide open. The balcony door had broken/missing plastic. The living room blinds were broken. The sofa-bed was HORRIBLE(sloped and lumpy). My non-picky-7-year-old even complained about it. The toilet paper holder constantly fell off the wall. The closet doors were under the bed. The bedroom was drafty and very cold while the living room was hot and stuffy. There were no cleaning supplies for our use. When I inquired, the snarky response was “Would you like me to have someone come and wipe off your counters?” REALLY?! The broom closet smelled really bad and was disgustingly filthy. Very few towels for five people and five nights. I was treated like a child when I asked for more. The shower head pointed straight down and could not be adjusted.
