  : The apartment was clean and we received a clear instructions. Everyday we used a kitchen wich is pretty good equiped. There is one parking spot reserved for the apartment, which is great. In the range of 2 minutes by a car you can reach publix store and laundry.

  : Well maintained, thoughtfully setup. Clearly showed that the host/hostess really care about the comfort of its guests. I would not look anywhere else to stay on my next visit to Miami

  : Don’t expect your normal 15 minutes late after checkout time because they open your door without knocking at exactly 11 o’clock on the dot. And not a second after. They also blame for damages that have already been made and charge you for it, they charged me for a coffee pot that I am 100% positive I did not damage. it must’ve already been damaged and they didn’t notice but when they notice they decided to charge me, also soon as I walked in there I could smell smoke passing through the vents and outside I never said nothing but when I left I got the blame for it because a guest that came after me said they could smell smoke, mind you the property told me the night before that they used a machine to clear “my” smoke. Contradictions don’t look too good when you’re being charged for extra things. They have the nerve to ask guest to take off their shoes from 10 at night to a certain time in the morning but them themselves wake up other guests at seven in the morning with their shoes and equipment walking right above you back-and-forth, Not knowing what that person‘s schedule is. If you try to talk to them outside they don’t say sorry I don’t understand they don’t say something in Spanish which I do understand, they just stare at you with a blank stare which is rude and Unprofessional. They only give two towels no washing machine and expect the towels to not get dirty, Then charge you when the towels get too dirty. The vent and light switch in the room didn’t work, there was a lot Of ants in the kitchen that ruined something that I left on the counter for only five minutes. So unless you eat in a rush I wouldn’t stay here. The walls are thin you can hear everything. They have people living there which takes the sense of a vacation away.

  : The apartment was great! Clean, comfy and easy to check-in.
  : The location is good since it is near Design District and Midtown. However, the actual building is old and gives the impression of being dirty. But honestly nothing major.
