  : Decent aprtment and furniture, location is good as well.
  : 1. False information about the apartment. Amenities were promised to be included but not provided. Owner didn’t know correct information about amenities. They were present in the building, they were requested on day 3 but it took 3 weeks for the manager to realize that we need to pay 200 dollars extra; no amenities were eventually provided. Usage of the business center was critical for us as this studio apartment does not suit for 2 people working.2. Insulting and improper communication from the main office. When we raised the question to the owner at the end of the second week (to speed up the process) the answer was “You are so smart, why did you ask it just now”?. Also it is not easy to understand the owner - communication on Booking.com chat has spelling and grammar mistakes in every single sentence.3. Lack of action, no care for the customer The owner refused to provide any compensation for the services promised but not provided.

  : The building staff are friendly, they do not work for the same company that is renting this place out though.
  : I am one of those people who are too lazy to ever write reviews unless I experience something so truly and utterly horrific. This is the worst experience I ever had staying anywhere in my entire life and I am 31 years old.This place is owned and managed by a company in Europe and they don’t speak English well and they are very rude. You won’t ever be able to contact them by phone, they never pick up or call you back. They will only send you messages.To start, they were dishonest and didn’t tell me the place I booked wasn’t available until I met the property manager in person to check in, and then I had to stay at a different place for a week before I could check into the original unit I booked. It was a huge hassle unpacking, packing and moving again. The internet was not even working the first two days that I was there. The shower was gross and they refused to fix it.This place will charge you a $300 security deposit cash deposit and lie about many things when you leave including saying you damaged things that were already broken just to keep all your money. They even tried to say I smoked in the apartment and I don’t smoke at all, nor does my friend. They also said I had too many occupants when I had approval to have 5 people there and only 2 people ever stayed in the unit. Be prepared not to get your security deposit back, I knew it was sketchy when they demanded cash only for the deposit.The worst part was that they also overcharged my stay by $257 on top of keeping my security deposit and when I tried to ask them to refund me, they said no. Booking.com wouldn’t help either so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. When I did that, the property manager came banging on the door multiple days and times and threatening to call the police, tried to kick me out of the unit, and change the locks on me. Now they are trying to take me to court rather than settling the dispute with my credit card company.
