  : There is no way to reach hosts at night. The surrounding neighborhood is great, but the building itself is next to a laundromat and dollar store. There were guests who did not wear masks in the elevator amd were loud at night.

  : I like the location and the ability to have a full kitchen with appliances. However, we struggled to get into the location and the check out was extremely early. I will say the staff were pleasant and quick to respond by text but not by phone.

  : First off the entire building smelled like roach spray(raid) especially the apartment. As soon we walked in we smelled the roach spray and saw roaches crawling on the living floor and then saw more all over the kitchen floor which is all in the same area. There was mildew around the bathroom sink. There was rust on the cabinets and the were big a** water bugs in the bedroom w the king bed. There was huge stains on the living room furniture including the couch which was a pull out bed that somebody had to sleep on . This apartment was very unsanitary especially with COVID going on who would want to stay there and we paid almost 1500 to stay in a luxury apartment and they expected us to stay there sleeping with roaches and leaving our stuff there.The staff was terrible there’s no one on site so you have to call. They did not want to give us a new room or a refund all they kept offering to do was clean the room which we felt there was no more cleaning they can do if this is what they call clean when we got there. You can’t just clean roaches there whole building was infested and they needed a real exterminator. Plus they had us on hold for like 30 minutes We got there around like 10pm and spent a hour and a half going back and fourth w the staff and when we asked to speak to the manager the staff member was not trying to give us any information the lady we was speaking to even hung up on us they were not trying to help us and we had no where else to go. The staff was very unprofessional all they care about was there money. They knew they had roaches but continued to deny it even when we sent them videos and pictures. We had to kick out additional money to get a hotel for 4 days which almost ruined our vacation. We called back everyday trying to get our money back.
