No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 35 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 13 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$100 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform The Local House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Our front desk hours are: 9 AM - 9 PM. We do not have a desk available for check-in, please note you can self-check-in on our kiosk available in the lobby area.

For after-hours check-ins, you are able to use the self-check-in kiosk or pre-check-in on your mobile phone.
