Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 50 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for US$50 per person per night when using an existing bed.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the building has 2 entrances, one on Ocean Drive at 1458 Ocean Drive and the other on Collins Ave at 1437 Collins.

Please note the card used for booking must be presented at check-in.

This is a completely non-smoking property. Guests found smoking in the suite or on the balcony will be charged an additional fee of USD 500.

Please note a personal guest assistant will meet the guest at the property upon their arrival. Guests are kindly asked to contact the property at least one hour in advance of their expected arrival.

Please note that the property cannot accept packages without being contacted first. Guests must receive permission to have packages mailed to the property.

Please note the service fee is a residential property tax.

Please note that the onsite hot tubs do not provide jets or bubbles.
