Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 45 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform President Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that charges and pre-authorizations will appear with the merchant name The Penguin Hotel, the property's sister property.

Please note that guests must check in at President Hotel, located next door. Upon completion of check in, the concierge will escort guests and their luggage to President Villa.

Guests 18 years or younger can only check-in with a parent or official guardian.

A daily mandatory resort fee will be charged, which includes:
- American Buffet Breakfast
- One-time welcome drink
- Water bottles in room (2 per day)
- In-room safety deposit box
- Beach towels
- WiFi
- Unlimited Local calls

Please note the resort fee is subject to tax.

The resort fee is based on 2 guests. An additional resort fee of 14.50 will be charged per night per guest. Call property for details.

The resort fee and incidentals fee are excluded from the rate.

Please note a refundable USD 150 per stay will be charged on the day of arrival for incidentals.

Please note that upon check in, guests are required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to secure booking. Both must match the guest name on the reservation.

Valet parking charge :

$48.15 daily for standard cars including sedan cars, SUV, and minivans
$64.20 daily for Commercial vans or vans up to 15 seats.
