Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 45 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Penguin Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Valet parking charge :

$48.15 daily for standard cars including sedan cars, SUV, and minivans
$64.20 daily for Commercial vans or vans up to 15 seats.

Guests will have access to the rooftop pool at an adjacent hotel.

Please note the guest's identification used at check-in must match the name on the reservation and the name on the credit card used to pay for their stay.

Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note a USD 150.00 per night, per room deposit will be charged on the day of arrival for incidentals and is refundable.

A daily mandatory resort fee will be charged and covers cost of:

- Continental breakfast
- One-time welcome drink
- Bottles of water in room (2 per day)
- In-room safety deposit box
- Beach towels
- WiFi
- Unlimited Local calls

Please note the resort fee is subject to tax. The resort fee is based on 2 guests. An additional resort fee of 14.50 will be charged per night per guest. Call property for details.

Property does not accept group bookings of more than 9 rooms.
