When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs USD 25 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Ocean Reef Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The guest who booked the reservation must be present at the property and provide a photo ID at the time of check-in.

The resort fee includes:

Please note that prepaid debit cards and gift cards are not accepted as a method of payment.

Only dogs are permitted at the property. A maximum of 30 lbs applies, and there is a limit of one dog per room. A USD 150 fee applies.

Property is not 0.1 miles from Collins Avenue... the property IS ON Collins Avenue.
Ocean Drive is less than 200 feet away ( when you look at the map, ocean drive is a whole strip, the property is essentially a block to cross from Ocean Drive .
