Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People no matter the age stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

The property will charge additional fees if the number of people staying in a unit is more than the number of people on the reservation. See the extra persons policies.

Please note the office has varying office hours. Contact the property for more details. If you arrive outside of business hours, the keys will be left with security at the entrance of building.

Please note that parking is limited to one space per reservation.

Please note the credit card the guest used to make the reservation must be presented upon check-in for payment.

Please note the property does not provide breakfast. The restaurant located beneath the accommodation is not owned or managed by the property.

Daily housekeeping service is available upon request for an additional fee.
