  : There weren't keys but access codes. Also, the picture shown wasn't the apartment available. I paid 60.00 to park on the front lawn in front of the place so that I didn't have to park in a garage 4 blocks away. He did not give me a parking permit to park on the street which is what would be needed if you drive. I loved the apartment.During the stay however they provided excellent communication and addressed all concerns in a timely matter.
  : They should have notified us before check in of a security deposit in the amount of 250.00 dollars. The managers customer service should be up to par or friendlier.

  : This place is not what they advertise on booking, on Airbnb, or any website that allows you to book. They advertise a nice place but when you get there for some odd reason, it smells like cigarettes. Every day that we walked into the apartment the smell was just still strong. Apt B which we were in had stains on the curtains, had cigarette ashes on the windows, had a dirty fridge and dirty stove. Not only that, the toilet was dirty, and it did not work for 2 days. The people who had been booked next door to us had no hot water, 1 bathroom wasn’t working and their doorknob fell off. We also asked “John Paul” as he says his name is to have someone clean the pool for 2 days and no one came. This place was such a disappointment, regardless of what other reviews say, the photos I attached are enough proof of what I am saying, I don’t recommend. Also, we never ever got our security deposit returned to us.

  : Location is perfect! My family and I arrived at 9 am in Florida. We were told the guests before us aren't checking out until 11, which is fine so we dropped off our luggage in a little shed outside the place. They also needed to clean the place before we check in. Of course we were ok with that and thought it's nice to know they're cleaning it in between guests. We checked in a little after 3. Nice quiet area 10 minutes away from the beach. There's a bagel place nearby with amazing coffee 15 minutes away by walking. Shopping stores on Lincoln Road are 2 blocks away. Flamingo Park is 15 minutes by walking, it has an adult pool, kiddie pool and there's a children's playground as well. The free Trolley is on Washington Ave and 15 Street which is 3 blocks away from this place. It goes down South and North of Miami beach. Not sure how far it goes but it's a great option to use trying to get around Miami Beach if you don't want to walk or take a cab. The apartment itself is very spacious. My 2 year old had lots of space to run around. The AC turns on/off very quick when you change the temperature. I was surprised our room had an extra little room by the kitchen. It was perfect for my mother in law to sleep in. The pool in the back is nice size. Good amount of lounge areas.
  : Even though they said they cleaned it after the guest before us, it could've been so much better. For the amount of time we waited I expected it to be a lot cleaner. The entrance of the building needs to be cleaner. Our room floors were still dirty. I didn't feel comfortable walking around the apartment without socks or slippers. Or they need to redo the floors because it's just really dirty. The kitchen was ok. There were dishes and pots to use. We didn't know there was dishwashing soap and sponge until the end of our stay bc it was under the sink. The sponge obviously needed to be changed. A couple of bottled water could've been nice to walk in to. The queen bed seemed really small and I think the pillows need to be washed better or changed. Bathroom floor was cracked and needed to be repaired. The tile was wobbly and someone could've gotten hurt. On the last day of our stay we found a water bug!
