When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Beach Place Hotel will never contact you to request funds of any kind, we will never ask you to pay for any services prior to arrival at the hotel. We do not require a deposit until you are at the front desk for check-in. If you are contacted and ask to pay deposits or for any requests for payments, please disregard any such requests. Beach Place Hotel will not be held liable for any payments or transactions requested outside of the hotel premises and bears no responsibility to reimburse any guest that chooses to engage in these fraudulent transactions.
