A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note that due to COVID-19, housekeeping is limited and available upon request or for stays of more than seven nights.

The valet parking service and breakfast service are suspended until 28 February 2021.

Please be advised that starting June 1st 2022 for the length of four to six weeks, we will be performing maintenance on the property's facade. Work will include pressure washing, painting and touching up the exterior of the building from 9.00am until 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
This procedure will not interfere with our daily operations which will remain without any service interruption.
As always, the project will be completed as seamlessly as possible, trying to reduce the visual impact as much as possible to protect our guest's experience.
