WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs USD 50 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for US$25 per person per night when using an available cot.
People no matter the age stay for US$28 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Beachfront Condo at The Ritz-Carlton -310N11 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 2006.1 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

Please note a daily resort fee applies for stays of 29 days or less. It is paid upon arrival and payable to the resort directly.

A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 48 hours.

For bookings of 6 days of more, a mandatory cleaning service must be done. An extra fee applies.
